This Course addresses the General Duty of Care under the new Work Health & Safety Legislation for Employers and Employees.

There are legal obligations to protect workers and the workplace from being exposed to hazards. Ensure your workers, Supervisors and Managers understand their responsibilities, so that your workplace can be safer with workers applying appropriate duty of care practices.
